1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Sign Up" for the Odoo e-invoicing subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. It is important to review them thoroughly before completing your registration.
2. Subscription Duration and Pricing
Upon completing the trial and deciding to subscribe, you will be issued an invoice immediately, with payment required within 15 days. The subscription is valid for a 12-month period, granting full access to Odoo e-invoicing during this time.
At the end of the period, you must renew your subscription to maintain uninterrupted access for the following year. Renewal details and invoices will be provided prior to the expiration of the current subscription.
3. User Obligations
By subscribing, you confirm that all information provided during the registration process is accurate and up-to-date. You also agree not to misuse the Odoo e-invoicing service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable international and local laws while using the system.
4. Service Termination
A1 Consulting reserves the right to terminate your access to the Odoo e-invoicing service for any breach of these terms, including providing false information or using the service for unauthorized purposes.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
Your privacy is extremely important. By signing up, you consent to A1 Consulting collecting and storing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please note that we do not retain your data for any reason, whether for internal use or commercial purposes.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to Odoo e-invoicing and the content on A1 Consulting's website remain the exclusive property of A1 Consulting and/or its licensors. You are granted limited access to use the software for personal or business evaluation purposes during the subscription period but are not permitted to modify, copy, or redistribute any part of the software or website content.
7. Modification to Terms
A1 Consulting reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers will be notified of all modifications, and their continued use of the service will require agreeing to the updated version.
By clicking "Agree" to the new version of the terms, customers will be able to continue using the service. Failure to agree may result in the suspension or termination of service access.
8. Third-party Links and Services
The Odoo e-invoicing may contain links to third-party websites or services. A1 Consulting is not responsible for the content or activities of these third-party entities, and accessing them is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
